The print size varies on each 3D printer:
- Finder: 140x140x140mm
- Dreamer: 230 x 150 x 150 mm
- Creator Pro: 230 x 150 x 155 mm
- Guider: 250 x 250 x 200 mm
- Hunter: 120 x 67.5 x 150 mm
- Inventor: 230 x 150 x 160mm
5What are the acceptable file formats for uploads?
When 3D printing, we recommend uploading in .STL format for best
results. However, if you want to share an image or idea with us, simply
upload in any file formats such as .JPEG, .PDF, .DOC, etc.
6I have a rough idea of what I want–can you design it for me?
We have in-house design experts who are ever ready to help you bring
your ideas to reality.
If you have a sketch or a digital file, we would be more than happy to have
a chat with you and see how we can exceed your expectations.
7Where can I get 3D files for free?
You can visit some of most popular websites such as Thingiverse,
GrabCAD, and 3D Warehouse that have many free 3D files.
8Can I customize the products available on your website before ordering?
Yes, we help you customize with unlimited options. Drop us an email with
your requirement and we will do what works the best for you!
9What mode of payment do your accept?
We accept:

10Where do I find the price list of your 3D printed products?
The price list is not available as the pricing depends on several factors.
However, you can always contact us for the exact quotation.
11How are prices calculated for 3D printed objects?
The price is based on:
- The choice of material
- The amount of material used
- Time taken for the 3D print to be produced
- Time spent in post-production–finishing, packaging, and so on.
12Which cities do you deliver to?
We deliver all over India from our office in Mumbai via courier services.
The delivery time and charges may vary depending on your location.
13Can I have the order delivered as soon as possible?
Yes, we can produce and deliver your order on an urgent basis depending
on our capacity on that particular day.
14Can I collect my order from your office?
Yes, you can choose to pickup your order from our office.
